life at One Brighton

Getting to know your neighbours is key to creating a real community.

  • Share gardening equipment,
  • Look after the roof top allotments or
  • Meet together in the building's other indoor and outdoor communal areas.

By getting to know your neighbours and making new friends, residents at One Brighton can come together to ensure that everyone makes the maximum use of the building's environmental facilities, lives a healthy lifestyle and helps to create a truly sustainable community.

  • Roof top allotments

As part of the development, there are a limited amount of roof top allotments, which can be leased from the Management Company and will give you space to grow your own fruit and vegetables, engage with nature and promote self sustainability. To aid you in this process you could always call upon the expertise of the Green Caretaker!

  • Green Caretaker

The development's recycling facilities, biomass boiler and general presentation and maintenance, will be dealt with by the Green Caretaker who will be on hand to ensure that everything is running smoothly. They will be your main point of contact for any general enquiries about One Brighton.

  • Indoor & outdoor communal areas

Most apartment developments lack open and communal space, which inherently fosters a strong sense of community. At One Brighton, residents can come together in the new community centre, the greenway that runs through the scheme, as well as smaller areas that have been planned throughout the development and the roof top allotments.
